Product Feature Questions

Is EasyBeeper an online answering service?

Yes, but more. EasyBeeper is web-based communication, designed to contact one person or many. There are many features designed to ensure your messages quickly arrive to the correct individuals. No human interaction to pass the message increases speed and reliability.  Back to top

Can my customers still call into the system?

Yes. We can assign you an Easybeeper number so that a message can enter the system via a recorded voice message. You can record a custom greeting for your callers. This is similar to the voicemail setup on a cell phone except the message will be delivered to and how you want it.  Back to top

How do I get the EasyBeeper messaging box onto my web site?

We email you one line of code. This is placed into your web site by yourself or your webmaster. If you need assistance we will help you. It is the same concept as inserting a Google Map or a You Tube clip on your web page.  Back to top

What if I do not have a web site?

Included in the cost is a free web site if needed and a custom URL of your choosing. (Limited to domain name availability.)  Back to top

We assign you a phone number which you forward your regular business number to, just like a regular answering service. You can then set up a custom greeting for your callers.
